B&B Butchers & Restaurant is a locally-owned upscale steakhouse and traditional butcher shop specializing in high-quality meats and elevated customer service. Housed in the historic Dittman building on the emerging East End of Washington Avenue, patrons can enjoy an elegant dining experience with a menu boasting the finest Texas and Japanese Wagyu beef, 100% authentic, A5 certified Kobe beef, as well as in-house 28-day and 55-day dry-aged USDA Prime beef – all hand cut in the Butcher Shop.

Open daily for lunch and dinner, B&B also serves brunch every Saturday and Sunday with live music on the rooftop patio on Sundays.
